I have not received my item – Track Your Order

You can check for the current status of your order by simply entering in the delivery postcode and the order number (given to you when you placed the order).

 

*Please note that only orders sent via DHL can be tracked electronically.

Tracking Your Order…

You can find out what the current state of you order is by entering information into the boxes provided. This will tell you whether your order has been despatched and, if so, will also show delivery information relating to your parcel (if sent via DHL).
