We are able to offer both UK and worldwide delivery. Details of the delivery options available and charges are outlined below.
There are three delivery options available for delivery within the UK:
The delivery charge for Standard Delivery depends on the order value whereas Express and Next Day Delivery is charged at a flat rate. Please note that Royal Mail have made some changes to the way they operate. As of the 1st October 2012, they will now automatically leave your parcel with a neighbour if you are not at home when delivery is attempted.

All of our Next Day and Express Delivery orders are delivered by DPD between 7.30am and 7:30pm. On the day of delivery you will receive an estimated 1 hour time slot for delivery by SMS. You will need to sign to confirm the delivery and you can track the progress of your order at any time using our Order Tracking Facility.
We offer our next day delivery service for orders placed on Monday through to Thursday before 6pm. Outside these times we operate an Express Delivery service alongside standard delivery option. The Express Delivery service is currently only available for UK deliveries. Please see the table below for details of when your order will arrive.

Regrettably, there are some postcodes that we are unable to deliver to using Next Day Delivery. Click here to see if your postcode is exempt.
Charges for delivery to non-UK destinations do not vary with the value of your order. Please be aware that there may be import duties and taxes to pay when your order reaches your country. Unfortunately we are unable to cover these or any charges for Customs clearance so please bear in mind that you may be required to cover these.
Please be aware that there are certain products on our website that are not currently available for International Delivery. If you add an item that cannot be shipped to your selected destination, you will be notified at the basket and the item will be removed. We are constantly making more items from our extensive product range available for delivery worldwide, however due to the size and weight of certain products these have yet to be cleared by our National Distribution Centre.
Lithium batteries have been added to the Royal Mail Group list of dangerous goods and therefore we are unable to ship these items using this courier. If you require such an item you will be prompted to select our Express or Next Day service which uses DPD who are continuing to ship these items
We will ship available items at the time of order and unavailable items separately as they become available. We use a stock indication system to give you an idea of how soon we should be able to dispatch your item. Please note that you will only pay the delivery charge once. If you order 2 items or more by next day delivery and 1 item is unavailable this item will be despatched when available by non-express delivery.
We and our carriers take the greatest possible care to see that your order is delivered in pristine condition. However, if you take delivery of a parcel which shows signs of damage then please notify us online or by calling our Customer Service Department on 0844 557 5575, within 3 working days. If a signature is required, please sign that the parcel is 'Damaged'

What happens if my order gets lost or doesn't arrive?
If you do not receive your order within the time specified, it will probably have experienced a delay between leaving our warehouse and arriving with you. We would appreciate it if you allow 10 working days before contacting us in case of such unforeseen delays. If your order is being delivered to an address outside of the UK, we need to allow 3 weeks before it can officially be declared "lost in transit" in which case we will then initiate a claims process. To notify us of a failed delivery please call our Customer Service Department on 0844 557 5575.
