The Julienne Cutter Disc for your food processor is ideal for when you want to prepare matchstick sized vegetable strips!

It is designed with rows of protruding, short, sharp teeth that it uses to cut food into long, thin matchsticks. Once attached to your food processor, the Julienne Cutter Disc can be used for strips of 2mm x 2mm such as ham, apples, pears, peppers, cucumbers, onions, potatoes, courgette and all other fruit and vegetable preparation.

Vegetables are most commonly julienned, but some fruits and meats can also be successfully julienned with this replacement / additional disc.

Top Tip: For best results vegetables should be used from fridge and should be fed horizontally into the feed tube.
