The purpose of the drain pump is to discharge waste water from the drum out of the machine. Drain pumps can often get blocked due to heavily soiled clothing items such as muddy sports clothing and it is advised that you clean you pump out on a regular basis.
If the drain pump in your appliance has become faulty or damaged so your machine is no longer draining, then this quality spare is the ideal replacement.
Please Note: This is a universal drain pump that fits many washing machines - but you must check the pump on your machine matches the images on this part, and that the pump type and electrical connections are the same, as if they are not then this pump is not suitable for your model.
