Welcome to BuySpares, in this video we will be showing you how to replace an LG tumble dryer heater.

Important: before replacing a part in any electrical appliance, you must ensure that the appliance is first unplugged from the mains.

If your tumble dryer is not heating or it’s tripping your electric supply it may be due to a faulty heater and may need replacing.

To replace the heater first remove the top panel, then remove the side panel.

Remove all the screws around the heater cover panel and lift it off.

Remove the heater plugs and screw from their connector, and remove the mounting screws.

Lift the old heater away and fit the new heater in position using the mounting screws.

Refit the plugs and the heater cover.

Locate the side panel onto the pegs on the base and slide onto the mounting hooks on the front before re-screwing.

Refit the lid and test if required.
