Your vacuum cleaner includes an HEPA Odour Fighting Bag that captures particles like dust and pollen, while its activated charcoal layer controls odours.

This pack of 5 HEPA Odour Fighting Bags play a very important role in the efficiency of your vacuum. The purpose of the bags is to trap dirt, but at the same time be porous enough to allow air to pass through.

As air passes through the inner section of the bag, it captures at least 99.97% of particles at .3 microns from that air, which includes the following: pollen, house dust, smoke, animal dander and mould spores. The bags maintain suction 20% longer and are ideal for people with sensitivities to odours and dust, as they keep the odour and dust inside the bag more effectively then standard bags.

If your existing bags have become clogged, no air can pass through the vacuum and cleaning cannot take place, regardless of the vacuum’s power.
