    How to Replace a Zanussi Tumble Dryer Belt Pulley.

    Welcome to BuySpares, in this video we will show how to change a belt tension pulley on a Zanussi tumble dryer.

    Important: Before replacing a part in any electrical appliance, you must ensure that the appliance is first unplugged from the mains.

    A worn pulley may be noisy or even cause the belt to come off, so it should be replaced.

    Start by removing the top panel, undo these screws and lift it off.

    Remove these screws and take off this side panel.

    Take off the fan cover by removing this screw and prising here.

    Remove the nut and washer from the spindle while holding the fan and then push the fan off.

    Release the tension spring on the motor and ease the belt off,

    Then rotate the motor and remove the old pulley.

    Put the new pulley on, turn the motor to refit the belt and then reconnect the tension spring.

    Turn the drum to settle the belt.

    Then refit the fan and its cover.

    Refit the cabinet's parts and run a test cycle if required.
