The product is a consumable, and as long as you have some mechanical/electrical ability and replace the part in the reverse manner of dismantling, making sure of overall condition of the appliance is good enough to be repaired, knowing how to refit the component should not be a problem.

The fan element was not a direct replacement but it was well priced. While showing as a replacement for our oven model it had one fixing stud and a hole instead of two holes for self tap screws. A simple drill out job and use a nut and bolt.
Next time, life will be a little more complex but the fall back is more drilling and two bolts.
