The hose began to show wear i.e. I could see white patches of fabric, after only a few minutes use. The replacement was not of the same material as the one I have used since my machine was new. The people I have dealt with at your place have been great. I clicked on 'style concious' by mistake as you would recognise instantly if we were to meet!
