    Welcome to BuySpares. In this video we will show how you how to change a heater element in a Zanussi tumble dryer.

    Important: Before replacing a part in any electrical appliance, you must ensure that the appliance is first unplugged from the mains.

    If your dryer appears to be running, but it will not dry the clothes or trips your fuse board, it may be due to a failed element that will need to be replaced.

    Remove the top by undoing these screws and lifting it off.

    Remove the heater covers.Take off the side panel by removing these screws.

    Unplug and release the heater cables.

    Then remove the heater by taking out these screws.

    Place the new heater in position, pass the cables through the back and reconnect.

    Make sure the cables are dressed correctly.

    Refit the heater covers. Refit the side panel. Refit the top before running a test cycle.
