Welcome to BuySpares. In this video we will show you how to replace a tumble dryer condenser pump on a Beko machine.

Important: Before replacing a part in any electrical appliance, you must ensure that the appliance is first unplugged from the mains.

If the dryer pump has failed, the water will not go to the container above the drum and it will need replacing.

To access the pump at the back, disconnect the two hoses and push them up just enough to clear the cover when opening.

Then open the cover by pressing here and disconnect the motor and switch.

They are different connections on this model so you do not need to take a photograph.

Release the three clips at the back and use a screwdriver in these slots to ease the pump and cover free.

Carefully turn the cover and lift it out of the reservoir making sure it does not catch the hoses.

Remove the pump using a large screwdriver to carefully push the side of the pump, allowing the ridges past the clips on both sides until the pump lifts out.

Fit the new pump and slide the bracket into place in the reservoir.

Rotate it lifting the hoses into position before clicking into place.

Connect the wires to the switch and pump. These can go either way round.

Ease the hoses back through the cover and connect them to the pump. If these are pushed up too far you can access them by removing the top and side panels.

When complete run a test cycle to check the machine
