IMPORTANT: BEFORE REPLACING A PART IN ANY ELECTRICAL APPLIANCE, YOU MUST ENSURE THAT THE APPLIANCE IS FIRST UNPLUGGED FROM THE MAINS.

    Welcome to BuySpares.

This video will show you how to change the filter in your cooker hood.

At BuySpares we have a variety of replacement grease paper filters that can easily fit into a wide range of cooker hoods by being cut to size.

To change the filter in the hood, first unclip the metal grille from the hood and remove it, before lifting out the old one.

This filter measures 114 by 47 centimetres, to ensure it fits into your cooker hood, simply open it out and place the old filter on top, then, if necessary, use the old filter as a template and cut around it using a craft knife or a sharp blade.

The grease filters carry saturation indicator lines, which change colour when they're ready to be replaced.

This is the cooker hood filter kit and it consists of grease paper and carbon filters so that your cooker hood can work even more effectively. When replacing the kit in your cooker hood, make sure the carbon filter is positioned on top of the paper grease filter.
