Product is good quality Only negative was it took up much more space in my dishwasher than the original due to having no grooves for it to fit over the spikes that hold plates etc.
I had to modified (bend spikes in dishwasher)to fit in an acceptable place within my hotpoint dishwasher. I would now, on hindsight, have went for the more expensive holder which would have been a better fit. However Great value for the price difference.

The universal cutlery basket was a good product but it didn't fit our dishwasher or in the other dishwasher we tried it in (a Matsui and a Bosch). Measure the space for the cutlery basket in your washing machine before you buy.
It was a good product though and bought at a good price so it's a shame it didn't fit.
