• Attainment of all sales targets

• Attainment of all add on sales targets
• Maintain an agreed level of calls on a daily basis
• Maintain an acceptable levels of returns

• Ability to deal with a high volume of calls
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to deal with complex or difficult situations
