    About the role

    The key functions of the Contact Centre Operator role are as follows:

    •     Attainment of all sales targets

    •    Attainment of all order and express conversion targets

    •    Order and express conversion

    •    Attainment of all add on sales targets

    •    Maintain an agreed level of calls on a daily basis

    •    Maintain an acceptable levels of returns

    What we're looking for

    To succeed in this role you will need the following skills and experience:

    •     Ability to deal with a high volume of calls

    •    Excellent communication skills

    •    Ability to deal with complex or difficult situations
