I ordered this item due to a guest breaking the original knob in one of our holiday cottages. I had never used this company before and I was well pleased that the new knob arrived before the next guests were due. Ordering was easy, I just typed in the details required,paid and the new knob arrived in a couple of days. The knob was easy to put on and I would use this company again.

I needed to replace the control knobs on the cooker as they had become loose with wear (some 4 years). Although the control knobs came in good time, they quickly partially melted from the heat of the oven and became deformed! Still usable (just), but very unsightly.
