    Welcome to BuySpares, in this video we're going to be looking at a problem caused by a condenser fan on Hotpoint, Indesit or Creda tumble dryer.

    Important: before replacing a part in any electrical appliance, you must ensure that the appliance is first unplugged from the mains.

    This fan can be a common problem with these tumble dryers, as the machine ages it can go out of balance causing a loud heavy droning noise especially when warm.

    To replace this fan take the machine top off by removing the screws and sliding it back. Remove the right side panel, the fan cover and the front ring.

    Using a pair of pliers, leaver of the old fan and fit the new one and its locking clip.

    Refit the right side panel and top before retrying the dryer.
